FBTO asked us to develop an app that would provide a way for clients to quickly contact medical professionals with health related questions and for medical advice.
Is the way we contact our medical professionals suited to the digital age? We didn’t think so. Doctors should be more accessible. This is why our app for FBTO helps clients get a digital diagnosis no matter where they are. At the core, the app is a chat interface: it let’s you chat, send photos and video-call so that the doctor gets a good grasp of your situation, and can help you the most.
The app reached the number 1 position in health right after release and has a 4 out of 5 stars rating in the app stores. It now has reached 12.313 downloads and over 16.500 messages have been send.
